AS MANY AS IT TAKES!

It always makes me smile when I watch real estate TV shows where an agent shows three properties to a buyer and they are somehow able to pick the perfect home out of those three, buy it, move in and live happily ever after.  I have no doubt that my clients will find their dream home and live happily ever after. But I haven't met too many that can actually find that home after seeing only three properties!

Sometimes that means showing ten properties to you and sometimes that means showing you fifty properties. My point is it takes as many as it takes. When you find the house you want, we move on it.  My role is to present you with a selection that accurately reflects your needs and wants.  


CALL ME, DAY OR NIGHT

No matter when you call me, if I am not with another client I pick up my phone.  If I don't, I call you back the second I can.  There is nothing more frustrating than trying to reach your agent and not being called back for two days.  You are making the largest purchase of your life and that demands respect for your time. 


THERE'S NO PHONING IT IN

Something else I do that's unique; I present all my offers in person no matter what time or day of the week!  Sometimes that means going out at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night to present in person as opposed to emailing it or phoning in.  That personal presentation gives us a leg up on the competition.
